Sustainable Menu Initiative

Join the sustainable foods initiative right here at Knife & Fork!  We are currently featuring hook & line caught wild Alaskan Salmon and Halibut, shipped whole overnight.  Check out the picture--these are some big fish!  We are also serving Loch Duart Salmon, raised in Northern Scotland using sustainable techniques and no hormones or antibiotics, and true Day Boat Scallops, harvested by Captain Rodrick Murray about the Fairwind in Maine.
