Check out the picture--these are some big fish! We are also serving Loch Duart Salmon, raised in Northern Scotland using sustainable techniques and no hormones or antibiotics, and true Day Boat Scallops, harvested by Captain Rodrick Murray about the Fairwind in Maine.
